Heroes: Sigurd, Storm, Machteld, Malik, Niobhe.
Year 649 MR (4th quarter)
The Heroes enter the cursed forest of Bergvaas, hoping to find one of the missing sielshegh stones of Sigurd's crown. They are helped by friendly wolves that set them on the right path. During their exploration, they fight the evil plant creatures infesting the forest.
After defeating a terrifying fiendish treant named Scorchbark, they reach the abandoned home of the wizard Merklan. There they discover that the wizard was meddling with strange magic aimed at giving sentience to plants, making them evil and bloodthirsty.
The Heroes clear the house of the plant infestation, and eventually find the magic wand responsible for the creation of so many monstrosities. The tip of the wand is the sielshegh stone they've been looking for! They break the wand in two, and Sigurd adds the gem to his crown. As expected, he receives a vision of the possible location of the nearest sielshegh stone.
The visions he receives seem to point in the direction of the Siren's realm.
